Hi Patrick. Yes, I was on 10 mg and weaned myself off over a period of a few months. I slowly lowered it while taking the herb Chinese licorice root 3x daily. It was a difficult process of trial and error, but thankfully I’ve been off it for 1 1/2 years now.
