Hmm, did you try logging in through the link in the post? There should be a survey that says “July Opinion It Survey” on the homepage, underneath Active Surveys. If not, maybe try creating a new account with a different email address through the link in the post and see if it appears there.
I too could not get this to work so I ended up switching computers and used another email address… but I did get my $3 coupon and a $1 coupon as well.
