Generally, it is cheaper to buy dry food items in the bulk food section, like I mentioned in my post here. However, sometimes through couponing or in this case, a membership to a warehouse, you can get an even cheaper price by buying prepackaged.
I saw the lowest price yet on organic quinoa the other day at Costco, that you’ll want to keep an eye out for on your next trip.
C&F organic quinoa, 4 lb. $16.69- so just $4.17 per lb! In my comparisons, bulk organic quinoa sells for $6.39 lb, while prepackaged sells for $6.76, so again, this is a pretty great savings, especially if you eat this higher-protein grain often!

So you’ve checked Costco recently on this? I’m not finding it at all Costco’s & when I do, the price has increased substantially. Online via Amazon ($5.04 per pound) is the price I paid via Amazon most recently. Just wanted to return the favor of price watching. I appreciate your info. Hope mine helps you. Thank you!
Hi Shelley! I haven’t checked since this post, thanks for the heads up!
