I’m in Florida and we have bugs aplenty here but I’ve managed to keep them out using diatomaceous earth. I have a duster like the one includes in this deal and I spray the powder through the duster along the baseboards of my whole house and the perimeter of the house about once a month or every 2 months. We’ve gotten rid of ants, spiders and roaches using DE.
This particular DE is food grade, so you can also consume it. If you’re drinking filtered water, it’s important to add back in minerals (especially silica which is great for your skin and joint health) to your water. DE is an affordable way to do this. Just add 1 TB of DE to a large glass jug of filtered water, let it sit for a few days then you can start drinking it and refilling it. It should last several weeks/months.
You can also use DE outside in gardens and around the perimeter of your house to keep bugs out, naturally.
