There’s one thing I’ve really missed since having to eat gluten and dairy free… donuts. It’s especially hard this time of year with pumpkin patches and apple orchards serving up freshly made (gluten-filled) donuts. As fall approached I found myself craving donuts, so I was thrilled to see this mouth-watering pumpkin pie donut recipe over on my friend Mikki’s blog, Finding Happy in Healthy.
She’s tried and tested this donut recipe with simple ingredients to perfection and it looks a-mazing! I can’t wait to try this out for a Thanksgiving morning treat. I don’t have a donut pan yet and most donut pans contain teflon so I’ve been eyeing this silicone donut pan on Amazon, it looks like it would work well with this recipe.
