How are you filtering your water? Choosing the right water filter is important for ensuring clean water. I highly recommend a reverse osmosis system as the best way to remove impurities, chlorine and fluoride from your water (many other filters don’t completely filter out fluoride and chlorine). We have an under the sink reverse osmosis system that we’ve used for years. It’s easy to install and simple to keep up with.
Amazon has a nice price drop on the very highly rated iSpring Gold Seal Certified 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter System (just a few dollars away from the lowest price ever seen actually). For a limited time, Amazon has this under the sink system for just $158.26 shipped.
This is a really good price, as for most reverse osmosis systems you’re looking to shell out $200 or more. Drinking filtered water is one of the most important things you can do when living a natural lifestyle. Just don’t forget to add minerals back into your water. A simple (& cheap) way to do this is to add a little diatomaceous earth to a jug of filtered water. The DE settles after a day or two, so you can continue to drink from and refill the jug without having to replace the DE often.
