Have you heard of Misfits Market? I heard about it awhile ago but it wasn’t available in my area. I checked again recently and they’ve greatly expanded their market and are now in my area and most others!
Misfit sources organic produce from farms and stores, that may be considered a “misfit” like not yet ripe, smaller or larger in size or an odd shape. Because of this, they offer significant discounts.
Misfit offers two box sizes, the Madness size filled with 18-22 pounds for $35 or the Mischief size filled with 10- 13 lbs of organic fruits and vegetables for $22.

I was so happy with what I received, most of the produce didn’t look different at all to me other than slightly smaller bell peppers and some carrots that were smaller. I got organic bok choy, fennel, carrots, parsnips, green bell peppers, potatoes, a cucumber, collard greens, apples, oranges and onions in my box. This was such an awesome price for all that I got! I’m excited to base my meal plan around what I get each box and try new dishes. This already has my kids more interested in veggies. We call it our “Mystery Box” and as soon as we opened it, they were excited to try the different vegetables.
