I love the coconut cream over the milk, as it makes a really good dairy-free whipped cream. I just refrigerate the can for a day and then whip it in my mixer with a little powdered stevia to taste and 1 tsp. vanilla. You can also add a TB or 2 of organic cocoa powder for a chocolate dip.
