I love the cream over the milk, as it makes a really good dairy-free whipped cream. I just refrigerate the can for a day and then whip it in my mixer with a little powdered stevia to taste and 1 tsp. vanilla. You can also add a TB or 2 of organic cocoa powder for a chocolate dip. I’m making a chocolate pudding pie and topping it with this whipped coconut. Perfect for holiday baking!
