I took a poll of my readers to find out which companies they’ve received free samples and coupons from and I also wrote my favorite companies requesting samples. The results are a long list of over 100 natural and organic companies that have responded to a request by sending out free samples of their products or free manufacturer coupons in the mail.
I’ve listed the companies below along with a link to their contact page. Just send the ones your interested in a quick email letting them know why you love or want to try their product and ask if they have any coupons or samples they can send you.

The list doesn’t have to stop here! Reach out to any companies that you want to try their products or products you love, let them know and ask if they have any samples or coupons they’ll send to you. You can also check your favorite brands’ websites as many have printable coupons available on their site.
I wrote to my favorite companies and also companies that I was interested in trying different products from on this list and received tons of coupons including FREE products coupons as well as samples. I also received some coupons via email. This has been a great way for me to try products I normally wouldn’t have bought (and now love!) and save money on products I regularly buy. These are generous programs that these companies offer, so be sure to only reach out to the ones that you are truly interested in trying so that these type of free samples aren’t discontinued.

Update: I was recently offered coupons to be mailed to my house from a different company I emailed so that was really cool! I guess it depends on the company Lol! It will be fun to see who else will participate and send coupons or samples. Thanks for the list.
this is what i send people…I genuinely am an Entrepeneur and am starting multiple companies so this is just an example but ,GLORY TO GOD,…The responses have been close to 50 percent or more companies either saying no or sending samples, some 8 or more coupons…Suja sent 4 or so FREE samples coupons alone….

As an FYI, I just recently contacted several companies for coupons and samples and this is what I received.
Canyon bakehouse-2 free product coupons plus regular coupons
Happy family-8 free product coupons plus regular coupons
Udis- 2 free product coupons
Silk- they said they are running low and are sending me one, but I can’t ask again until the end of the year.
Some companies really depend day to day, week to week what is available. Don’t hesitate to ark again another time, they may have some to send by then. Other companies run out for the year and then they are done!

Thanks for putting this list together! It can be really hard to make the switch from eating only processed foods to choosing healthy foods that are closer to what nature intended for us to eat…. because it seems to be true that sometimes, eating healthier does cost more… but fortunately, smart shopping and couponing can help us close that gap! For those overwhelmed by this list, I’d recommend starting first with Chobani… as of today, they let you ask EVERY MONTH for coupons! It’s amazing! Happy couponing!
