If you are near Plymouth, MI, you may want to head over to Pure Pastures this weekend. Pure Pastures sells organic chicken and beef fresh from local farmers as well as other natural and organic products. This weekend they are hosting an awesome sale on their organic chicken breasts and whole fresh chickens.

- Whole organic chickens $7.49 each
Keep in mind you will have to trim and de-bone the meat, but it’s worth it at this price. I’ve confirmed verbally with them that this is indeed organic meat purchased from organic, local farmers but please double check with them before you purchase.
