I love making gluten free salmon patties out of this salmon. I mix together 3 cans of Wild Planet salmon, a cup of arrowroot powder, 2 eggs, chopped mushrooms and green onions, turmeric, basil, marjoram and salt and pepper and cook in oil on medium for about 5 minutes on each side. So good!
