Zest Hydration Mixes

The Energy blend contains an extra kick of caffeine, 250 mg., along with B Vitamins for sustained energy. The Focus blend combines caffeine with L-theanine and Alpha-GPC for all day alertness without crashing. The Recovery blend has 700 mg. of electrolytes for fast acting relief without any added caffeine.
My Experience with Zest Hydration Mixes
I tried out the Recovery blend first. The package comes with 14 individual packets, making it great to carry in your purse on the go. I filled a cup with about 16 oz. of water and added the hydration pack. It dissolved immediately, I didn’t even need to stir it up. You could even add these to a smoothie. The flavor was perfectly sweetened with a light, refreshing taste. I love that all of these hydration mixes are low in sugar, just 7 grams per pack, while other brand hydration drinks contain up to 35 grams per drink.
I love having all 3 options on hand, so there’s a mix for any need like after working out, studying or presenting or after a sickness and all are great to travel with.
